Here’s the process of checking and signing a limited edition giclée print, along with its Certificate of Authenticity.
Currently these prints are on Hahnemühle Pearl, resin-coated 285 gsm paper, printed on a Sure Colour Epson P9000 printer. Different images may be on different papers in future, but I endeavour to keep the same paper and printers for each image/series. Hahnemühle Pearl has a fairly neutral bright white colour that also suits the occasional colour image I print, as well as the duotone warm/cool black-and-whites I usually use.
The Certificate itself is ‘…made of premium deckle edged mould made paper with a Hahnemühle watermark and fluorescent security fibres.’ A pair of matching identical-number hologram stickers are affixed to the back of the print and to the Certificate.
I will gradually add more limited-edition images to the Buy Art page, meanwhile many of the images elsewhere on my website are also available, please enquire about any specific images you like.
